Onno Hansen-Staszyński
an online identity, education, and democratization expert. He co-initiated European Commission/ Parliament-infrastructure initiatives for child rights, was member of the European Commission expert group on dealing with disinformation in the classroom, and is co-author of the concepts of Resilience Council and Interdemocracy. Together with his wife Beata Staszyńska-Hansen, he’s part-time teacher and indie film maker. His first visit to Poland was in 1982.

Larry Okey Ugwu
served as director of the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre from 2004 to 2024. A musician deeply embedded in the Tricity alternative music scene, he has long contributed to its development both as a performer and cultural organiser. His festival Metropolia jest Okey created a platform for both legendary and emerging Tricity bands. He co-founded and performed with groups including Biafra and Polish Ham, and currently plays with Ikenga Drummers. Beyond music, Larry has appeared in theatre productions and films, and has been actively involved in numerous cultural institutions and initiatives. Larry lives in Poland since 1982.

Jakub Klepek
is acounter-terrorism expert focused on terrorist activity online. He is part of the EU Knowledge Hub on Prevention of Radicalization and the OSCE Young Experts network. He has worked with organizations including the EU, NATO, Frontex, and the International Institute for Counter Terrorism. He is also involved in EU–MENA peacebuilding initiatives and participates in the 2026 MPP Program by the Swedish Dialogue Institute.
